Music Garlic

Our Original Variety!

An Italian variety brought to Canada by Al Music, Music Garlic is one of the most popular hardnecks. It's a Porcelain variety with a blush of pink, known for its ease to peel and its rich, robust flavor.

An aromatic, slightly spicy, extremely flavorful garlic, Music Garlic's bulbs average 4-6 large cloves. Bulbs range in size from Culinary, 1 1/4-1 3/4 inches in diameter, to Large, 2-2 1/2 inches in diameter. Due to the range of size, Music Garlic is sold by weight rather than by the bulb.

 

Perfect addition to soups, stir-fries, sauces, seafood & poultry dishes, rubs, dips, and so much more.

German White Garlic

Bold & Zesty Flavor

German White garlic, also known as German Extra-Hardy, is a robust and resilient hardneck garlic variety renowned for its large, plump cloves and strong, pungent flavor. This garlic type is distinguished by its white outer skin with purple-striped inner layers, adding a touch of visual appeal to its culinary uses. German White garlic is prized for its high allicin content, which contributes not only to its intense aroma and taste but also to its reputed health benefits, such as boosting the immune system and possessing antibacterial properties. Typically harvested in mid-summer, this garlic variety stores well, making it a favorite among gardeners and chefs alike for its reliable performance and bold, zesty flavor profile.

Chesnok Red Garlic

Rich & Sweet Flavor

This popular variety of hard-neck garlic is known for its strong flavor, large bulbs, and ability to store well. Great for cooking and eating raw. It is a purple stripe color with purple on the outer layers. It’s rich, sweet, and flavorful with 8-12 cloves per bulb. Originally from the Republic of Georgia, Chesnok Red was brought to the US only 40 years ago.​

Inchelium Red Garlic

Mild & Rich Flavor

Inchelium Red Garlic is a versatile and flavorful heirloom variety that has garnered attention for its robust taste and impressive storage capabilities. Originating from the Colville Indian Reservation in Washington State, this softneck garlic is known for its large, plump bulbs that are wrapped in purplish-red outer skins. The cloves themselves are creamy white and offer a mild yet rich garlic flavor, making them perfect for a wide range of culinary applications. Inchelium Red is celebrated not only for its culinary qualities but also for its resilience; it is known to store well for up to nine months, making it a favorite among gardeners and chefs alike. Whether roasted, sautéed, or used raw, Inchelium Red Garlic promises to add a delightful depth of flavor to any dish.​

Italian Red Garlic

Rich & Moderately Spicy

Italian Red is a Softneck variety with a pleasant sweetness and gentle initial bite. With its high sugar content, it carmelizes well, retaining an excellent flavor in dishes such as marinara and other sauces. It can be eaten raw, sautéed, or roasted.

A highly popular, porcelain hardneck garlic, known for its rich, fiery flavor and beautiful white wrapper with purple stripes. Extremely hot when eaten raw, mellowing to a rich, robust flavor. Stores well, often over 6 months, if kept in a cool, dry place.​
