Our Garlic
Our 2025 garlic harvest will be available for purchase on July 31st. This year, we will continue to offer Music, German White, Montana Giant, Purple Italian, and Inchelium Red, along with one new variety, Chesnok Red.

Garlic Scapes
Garlic scapes are the edible flower stems that shoot up from our specialty hard-neck garlic. The scape shoots up from the center of the garlic plant, loops around twice, then straightens out. When picked as a young scape, it has a delicate garlic flavor that can be added to many recipes, including sauces, soups, chicken recipes, pesto, and salads.
